I'll start as I actually got to the gym. But first I have to tell you what I did in front of the gym.
Before the gym, as a normal boy, I went to a completely normal elementary school, where I was assigned a personal assistant and I had no benefits, as some people think. The assistant just wrote me what I dictated to her. I'll cut it short a bit and continue as it was at the end of the ninth grade, where, like every student, he decides which high school to go to so that he can learn what he is interested in or what he thinks he can enjoy.

Of course, I also decided according to myself, only me, I knew what I enjoyed, but I didn't know if I had it, so I voted for high school with a focus on IT technology. You have to have excellent grades for the field here, which I unfortunately did not have, or you have to write entrance exams. I prepared for the entrance exams wherever I could. I also prepared at home, in elementary school and in the future high school. I think I sacrificed everything I could to prepare for my preparation.
In (about) three or four weeks there were results if I got into high school. Unfortunately, I didn't get to any of the schools (someone says because a lot of students voted for my IT field that year) I don't care because I didn't get anyway. When I then learned that I didn't get to either school, that I was terrible at myself but very angry at myself (I would say otherwise but I will be decent :-))
When I heard this message here, I repeated only one sentence. And the sentence was: Ondro you in ... what will happen to you? what will you do? and time ran again ..........

And one day my dad and I drove, and my dad told me, "Well, you didn't get to high school, but what about you?" what will you do? At that moment, I received an IDEA that I wished to go to the GYM from an early age!

The next day I announced the idea to my dad, we went to Karviná to go to the gym to ask
Fitness Ring behind the bar was waiting for us AWESOME OWNER RADIM VOLÁK (there will be another "article" about Radim, look forward to it!
I had something with my hip at the time so I was a little limited. But Radim and I agreed when my kitsch stopped hurting to get back to me.
After a month, my hip stopped hurting and I told my dad again that I wanted to go to the gym and I asked him to call Radim and talk to him when we could come to the first workout. After a while, my dad called me back and told me that we had this and that day. come and we will train. I didn't even know what awaited me at all, but I was really looking forward to my first training. And what did my first training look like? - Well, the horror of everything I practiced with the help of machines and when I took the axis in my hands or one-handed arms immediately fell to the ground,
In December 2017, the most famous bodybuilder in the Czech Republic named FILIP GRZNÁR came to the gym for a seminar.
Filip Grznár is also the best trainer for bodybuilders, but he is also a person who trains handicapped people like me.
When Radim and I and my dad asked Filip how to train, what to train. So Filip told us, It is difficult for people with a disability to train without the help of machines, but if they want to, they CAN do it!
You just have to point them in the right direction and help them a little.
The next day after the seminar I went to training and we did leg training, we tried squats on a multipress (on a hook) and then we tried squats in the cage only me, an empty axle on my back and the replacement was Radim who helped and secured me

For me, the gym is a place where I do something for myself, where I push my life limits and especially the gym helps me to improve my health .......

The gym is for me (such a spa) and I can say that it is even better because I went to the spa from some 13 months to 18 years !

And by the time I visit the Fitness Ring in Karviná, my health has improved by 30-40%!

The gym is a matter of the heart for me because, on the one hand, I wanted to do it from an early age, mainly because I really enjoy it and it helps me against physical and mental problems!
